    Hey, when i train my arms. i do like a workout on bi’s then tri’s then bi’s then tri’s. should i just tdo all my workouts on bi’s then go to tri’s or can i mix them up with supersets and going back and forth like i do now?

    @IDMWEIGHTSIDM 5 sets is pretty commonly taught in personal training. Although, a lot of body builders will do 8-10 sets of 3-5 reps.

    I gave this video a thumbs down, because they go into the different sections of the biceps and forearms, but then treat the triceps as one muscle. When they highlight the muscles while explaining them it doesn’t even look like they highlight the long head. Also, the thing about the 5 sets, it depends on the person. I do 5 and sometimes 6 sets in many of my exercises, but I’ve been working out for years and when I started out usually only did 3 sets per exercise.

    For everyone who wants to have 6 pack or 8 pack abs do what i do, I basically do the same workout as her but i do this other one which is having your feet on a chair and doing 2 reps of 30 push ups and then 2 reps of 15 clapping push ups. Also I do crunches with my feet up (like in the first part of the vid but slightly different as you can see) *important* the feet do not touch the ground. I do other things as well but these are the most important. Most of all, I eat healthy foods consistently

    Liked the article. More studies has shown that eating often does not really improve your metabolism and hence fat burning. It’s on pubmed and worth checking out. Thanks
