Experience with multiple clients is considered a plus.Selected candidate will act as the HR focal point to one or more MS2 Moorestown business areas. Provides advice and counsel to the line organizations and has a generalist knowledge in employee relations, EEO, staffing, compensation and performance and talent management. Coordinates various HR programs and processes. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, perform in-depth analysis of programs and policies and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a broad spectrum of employees, management and senior leadership.Strong strategic problem-solving attributes driven by creativity and innovation desired. Able to proactively look at data and activities and determine potential problems and develop solutions.Pro-actively looks at ways to improve processes and organization. Pulses the organization, applying knowledge to all activities being implemented and align to the business objectives.Shares expertise with other LM HR organizations and understands the relationship between the HRBP role and HR Programs and L&D. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills, high energy and a track record of high quality results, ability to use full breadth of LMC/MS2 policies and procedures to benefit the organization and the ability to recognize the need for and drive change. Other key requirements include: ability to be proactive and responsive to business needs, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Previous HR project leadership, HR generalist and HR functional experience are important for this position.
