Requirements

•  Primary focal point for maintenance and operating departments.
• Attend operations morning meetings                                                                               
• Attend Management of Change meetings
• Participate in project teams as directed by Inspection Team Leader
• Review and approve piping ISO's developed by project engineers
• Route completed piping fabrication and bundle repair forms to QA Inspector
• Responsible for all Code vessel internal, external and on-stream inspections within area.
• Responsible for relief valve external inspections and final approval of internal inspections.
• Maintain list of top-ten mechanical integrity issues for area of coverage
• Responsible for field-verifying proper installation of all new and revised piping
• Provide input to Turnaround Planning Inspector as required.
• Attend turnaround planning meetings one month prior to start of turnaround.
• Lead inspector for turnarounds within area. 
• Provide coverage for turnarounds outside assigned area.
• Review clamp sheets and maintain clamp and leak metric database. 
• Review alternate relief, hot tap forms, and special blind forms. 
• Submit formal request for NDE resources to the planned inspection group
• Arrange for and coordinate specialty NDE contractors for work in area of coverage
• Coordinate process hose inspections
• Update mixing point / injection point data sheets
• Write SAP notifications for inspection related maintenance work
• Represent the inspection department at area maintenance planning meetings
